If you were expecting a restaurant, market or cafe and landed on a listing in this group, it usually means the original source listed the business under an unusual or mixed category rather than a plain food label. Contact information, address and hours are still pulled from the same public data used across Binghamton and New York, so they should be accurate even where the category is not a perfect fit. Because this group spans everything from medical clinics to auto shops to gift stores, there is no single etiquette or norm that applies across it; treat each listing on its own terms and call ahead if the category alone does not tell you what you need to know.

Binghamton is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Binghamton is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Most of the food was so so so good! I loved the kielbasa and pierogi, and the pickle soup was so insanely good. Huge fan. The paczki I got to go and it was odd? I didn't open it until today (day after), but I asked the really really really awesome waitress what the filling was and she said rose. It was more like a rose syrup on top but there was no filling inside? I've never had one like that. Otherwise though it was all super good. I'm new in town but will more than likely visit again

Got the Binghamton platter. Pretty generous portion size, tasted pretty darned good. I must say, its been awhile since I've seen a golabki with mushroom sauce, usually only see the tomato sauce variant. Quite good. The pierogi were great too. The schnitzel looked good from across the table, friend said she liked it pretty well. Surprised the side offerings were all potato but, then again, not really.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cute! Definitely great authentic food! I got the Binghamton platter with a picklesoup and it was delicious! The potato pancakes were the best I have ever had! My mom got the borscht soup and it was lovely!! We also got the pastries, I forget what they were called but the hit the spot after a delicious meal and a cup of cappuccino! My husband got the noodle soup and he was obsessed with it-he is going to get it again! My father got the traditional schnitzel and it was also great. Definitely will be back again!

RUN do not walk to this place. We had the potato pancakes with goulash and the cabbage rolls and they were HEAVENLY. The potato pancakes were flawlessly crispy on the outside and light, not heavy, inside. The Polish apple pie for dessert is a delightful and refreshing change from American apple pie. A fascinating added bonus was the chill mix of Polish pop, which we enjoyed Shazam-ing. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I wanted to treat my sister to dinner. She had heard of the Polish Bistro from a coworker who said it was good, so we thought we would try it. I'm glad we did. Olivia, our waitress, was splendid β¨οΈ The food was flavorful, different, and delicious. The food presentation was nice as well. The weather was perfect for sitting outside, which added to the good time. Overall, we enjoyed everything about the Polish Bistro. Thank you very much to Olivia and the kitchen crew for a wonderful dinner. I am grateful. Recommended. We'll be back.
